Modern plastic engineering materials offer a variety of beneficial properties when compared to other materials available. When compared to Stainless steel for example some modern plastics can offer total resistance to attack from saturated acids, while being lighter in weight and providing improved thermal insulation.

Monmouth Plastics offer a full CAD design service prior to manufacture. We are happy to take your ideas and develop your sketches into full pre-production drawings.
Using the latest SolidWorks programme, our designers can produce fully dimensioned scale drawings and/or fully rendered 3D images to ensure that you, the customer are completely happy with the products prior to incurring any manufacturing costs.
Monmouth Plastics can provide a simple section of pipework for inclusion in you system or can offer a full design and installation system for pipework to suit your needs.
We can provide both flexible and rigid, or a combinbation of the two. We work with many materials including: PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, Polyurethane, Polyethane and many more. We work with many leading organisations in all aspects of our work and are happy to enter into non-disclosure agreements as required.
Trays can be any shape or size. We can manufacture from Polypropylene, PVC, GRP, Acrylic or polycarbonate. All trays will be made to your required dimensions and we will furnish you with a drawing prior to manufacture, just to make sure you get exactly what you want.
We can perforate the tray to allow air/liquids to flow through or it can be slotted or solid - the choice is yours! If you want a GRP tray, we can also design and make the mould for you.
Boxes can come in all shapes and sizes and can be used for a HUGE variety of application.
As with most of our other plastic products, typical materials are polypropylene, PVC, polycarbonate, acrylic, PVDF or indeed virtually any other plastic you would care to mention. We can make to any size, shape or colour.
We can design and manufacture virtually any type/style of duct transition from most materials. Common materials are PVC & polypropylene, but we can also use clear acrylic, polycarbonate or PVDF.

Diameters and dimensions can be adjusted to suit.
We manufacture tanks from a large selection of materials, the most common being PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, Acrylic, Polycarbonate or GRP.
The tank size can range from just a couple of litres up to many hundreds or even thousands of litres. The larger tanks can be fitted with internal baffles to aid in the wall strength and also minimise liquid movement.
We can offer a design service, advice on material selection or we can work to existing designs to give you exactly what you require, and we can manufacture individual units up to large batches of the same or different tanks.
Plastic sound attenuators supplied by Monmouth Plastics are designed for connection to ductwork for noise reduction. Ductwork sound attenuators reduce the noise transmitted through the ducting caused by airflow, mechanical sources such as fans, and cross-talk from other rooms.
In-duct attenuators are available in a range of diameters, and lengths. Connection to ductwork can be by flanges, or sockets. Attenuators are constructed with a perforated thermoplastic liner, this holds a sound absorbing material made of mineral fibres. This sound absorbing material is covered by a Glass fibre material.
This offers superior sound absorbing properties compared to the plastic foil commonly used by other manufacturers. Attenuators with central pods can be fabricated upon request for improved sound attenuation. Rectangular duct sound attenuators can be constructed in virtually any size, and configuration to be used with our range of plastic fabricated rectangular ductwork.
Materials which can be used for construction of our attenuators are PVC, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PPS (flame retardant Polypropylene), PP-ELS (Conductive, flame retardant Polypropylene) Monmouth Plastics can also provide corrosion resistant sound attenuating enclosures for items of industrial equipment, or as sound havens in noisy environments.
